MEMBERS MAY BOOK CLASSES TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE. BOTH MEN AND WOMEN ARE WELCOME!
Upper Body Blast / Buns of Steel / Absolution: What ever we do, you’ll be sure to feel it! These classes will focus on specific muscle targeting exercises which will help you shape and tone your muscles - wherever they may be! No matter what your level of fitness, modifications will enable you to tone and sculpt your physique! Limited to 12 participants per class.
EZStep:For all steppers or wanna be's, this class offers various combinations and steps throughout . This class is designed for participants who are already familiar and/or for those who are just starting with the Step. The class is taught based on the comfort level of all participants.Limited to 12 participants per class. Pilates:Focusing on your breathing technique and using the control of your “powerhouse” (abs, lower back, inner thigh and buttocks), this yoga-based exercise will help sculpt,tone and stretch your body. Limited to 15 participants per class.
Zumba/Zumba Lite:Catch the fever with our Zumba classes..Zumba Lite offers basic Zumba moves to beginners and those who desire a light, fun and easy workout, For a little more choreography and bootie shakin', Zumba with Jeannine will surely become a favorite!Limited to 10 participants per class
Tabata: An AWESOME new class format, this class is only 30 minutes in length, 'cause you couldn't do much more! The beauty of this class is that any fitness level can do it, and everyone works at their own pace! It consists 0f 4 minute segments, 6 different segments, 20 seconds full out, and 10 seconds between each exertion. Sure to whip you into shape in no time at all!
